Payment Methods

Q1. What payment methods are available on the Straxz Food Website? Anxin Shopping offers the following payment methods: Online credit card payment (VISA/Master/JCB), electronic payments (Line Pay and JKOPay), convenience store codes, virtual ATM, and AFTEE Pay Later.

Q2. Is cash on delivery or convenience store pickup available? The Hwa Yuan Food Website currently offers two options: home delivery and convenience store pickup without payment. There is no cash on delivery service. If you wish for cash on delivery, consider using the Aftee Pay Later service.

Q3. How to request an invoice? The invoice for each purchase will be sent in electronic format to your registered email address with Anxin Shopping. If a Unified Business Number is required for the electronic invoice, please select “For company use (Unified Business Number)” in the electronic invoice section of the checkout page and fill it out accurately. Once the invoice is issued, it cannot be changed.

Return Policy

The Hwa Yuan Food Website is committed to providing a safe and convenient online shopping experience. All listed products undergo strict quality control, including the selection of raw material suppliers, raw material inspection, product development, and manufacturing. Therefore, if there are any defects or problems with the products delivered to you, we provide the following return instructions for your use and rights. We also welcome any valuable suggestions and encourage you to contact us.

Products can be returned unconditionally within a seven-day appreciation period (including holidays) if they are unopened and in their original packaging. The shipping cost will be borne by the “Yimei Food Anxin Purchase Website.” The invoice is necessary for the return process, so please keep it safe. The product to be returned must be properly packaged in its original box, and any gifts received must also be included. Please contact us (phone/email/social media platforms) before returning the product, and we will arrange for the logistics provider to collect the goods from your specified location. The following conditions are not eligible for returns, thank you for your understanding:

  • Perishable products with short shelf lives.
  • Products clearly stated on the product page as non-returnable.
  • Products determined to have defects not attributable to our company.
  • Lost invoices.
  • Opened products. If you choose to pay by credit card, the company will cancel the credit card charge upon confirmation of the returned goods; for other payment methods, refunds will be made via bank transfer. At that time, we will ask for your refund account information. Additionally, the person who ordered the product agrees that the company will only refund the orderer and not transfer the refund to a third party other than the orderer.
